Our staff audiologist, Wendy Rasmussen, MS, CCC-A will greet you in our waiting room after our registrar gathers your current health insurance information and demographics.
Wendy will inquire about your hearing health history, complete a hearing test, and review the results with you immediately following the test. She will provide recommendations based on the test results and your concerns. She will make sure your physician receives the results and will follow-up with you regarding hearing aids and/or refer to an ear, nose and throat physician as necessary.
Wendy will work with you to select the best hearing aids for your needs and schedule follow-up appointments over the course of your 50-day trial period. All follow-up appointments, adjustments, and in-house repairs will be completed by our audiologist.
If hearing aids are purchased through VRH, the patient is entitled to a hearing aid check at no additional charge every 6 months as long as the hearing aid is in warranty.
"I have always found Wendy and her staff to be helpful. I can always get in quickly, and they follow-up on visits and adjustments... Excellent care."
